The hotel was in a convenient location in Snaptun, near the beach but had some cleanliness issues. The rooms were smaller than expected with two beds, which was not clear when booking. The service, despite being friendly, lacked the expected cozy atmosphere. The dining experience was mediocre at best, not meeting high expectations. However, the facilities were lacking, with both showers broken in the rooms we stayed in.
